We were immediately struck by the yellow house with its dark green shutters, surrounded by old trees in a huge park.
So we kept the basic structure of the building from the 1890s:
It needed to be refurbished, renovated, discovered and designed. A renovation in which many layers were removed, old ones were brought back to light and new ones were added. Old wooden floors were uncovered, ceiling paintings were discovered and worn stair handrails were allowed to remain. Complemented by a mixture of modern interior and vintage furniture, high-quality textiles and loving details, the result is a blend of old and new. Here you can make yourself comfortable and let your gaze wander into the garden and over the lake.
The spacious, light-flooded villa, the main building, houses 13 rooms as well as common areas such as the reception, restaurant, bar and library.
In the forest house at the northern end of the garden, surrounded by lush nature, there are another 16 rooms. Here you will also find our Honesty Bar with a small selection of snacks and drinks.
Within our six categories—Tiny, Attic, Cosy, Classic, Super, and the Studio—each room is unique. From small to large. With shower or bathtub. With a view of the lake or the park. With sloping ceilings or a daybed. There is something for everyone.

ATTIC
The name already reveals it: Our Attic rooms are located directly under the roof. It can get a bit slanted up there! But always super cozy on the natural beds from COCO-MAT or while writing in the diary at the desk. Just be careful with the sloping ceilings – maybe don’t jump on the beds this time. The low ceiling height in places can lead to restrictions for tall guests.
All bathrooms are equipped with organic cosmetic products.

Our literal Super rooms impress with a view and ample space for relaxation. In the morning, sliding the curtains aside, the view of the surrounding park and lake invites you to explore. STUDIO
Our Maisonette Studio is located in the Villa, our main building, and is perfect for travellers who want to stay a bit longer – for couples who love a two-story loft and a great view, or for small families or friends who want to share this bright space.
Upstairs, there is a separate bedroom with our super comfortable COCO-MAT beds, a kitchenette with a large table, a lounge bed with a view, and a brand new bathroom with a rain shower and organic cosmetic products.
On the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the mountains to the fullest.
On the lower floor there is 30 m² of additional private space – free for creative use: yoga, dance or art sessions, meetings, or, or, or.
