As a Commis de rang in our hotel, you are responsible for taking care of our guests in the restaurant. You will ensure a warm welcome and a smooth service process. You will take care of setting the tables and carrying out the mise en place and ensure that our guests feel comfortable in a welcoming atmosphere.
Ideally, you have some experience in service. But much more important to us is your enthusiasm, openness and warmth in dealing with people.

As a service assistant, you’ll assist our team in delivering professional service in line with our quality standards. You’ll be a competent point of contact for our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and managing the setup and breakdown of the service area. You’ll aid in table setup, contribute to the Mise en place, and foster a pleasant guest experience through your friendliness and openness.
Beyond regular restaurant operations, Blyb. hosts various events, including corporate gatherings, cultural events, and Christmas celebrations in our backhouse, where your support will be invaluable. Variety is guaranteed.
While prior service experience is preferred, what matters most to us is your enthusiasm, openness, and warmth in interacting with people.

As a chef in our hotel, you will be responsible for preparing dishes for our restaurant, working closely with our head chef. You will focus on using seasonal and local produce to ensure high quality and a diverse range of flavors.
You should have completed training as a chef and ideally have experience in upscale gastronomy. Creativity and openness to new culinary trends are important, allowing you to bring fresh ideas to our team. A high level of service orientation and friendliness in dealing with guests should come naturally to you.
