We prepare as much as possible ourselves.
Our juices are freshly squeezed, our jams and nut creams are homemade. Fruits are what the season gives. The rolls come from our favorite bakery in Gmund and the bread is freshly baked by Joseph Brot. We source our exquisite selection of sausages and cheeses from small quality farms in Garching and Tyrol. The organic eggs from the farmer KoBi in Gmund.

You warmly welcome our guests in the morning and create a pleasant atmosphere to start the day.
You will be responsible for preparing hot drinks, replenishing our small, fine buffet and maintaining the restaurant and bar.

You will work closely with our head chef.

For this position, you will mainly be responsible for producing high-quality dishes and preparing them for dinner service.
Our evening business includes regular à la carte restaurant operations, bar food and events.

As a host f|m|d in our hotel, you are the first point of contact for our guests when they arrive at the Blyb.
You ensure a smooth check-in, you enjoy introducing our guests to our philosophy and showing them around the hotel and you are happy to answer any questions they may have about their stay and the surrounding area.
You will also be responsible for taking reservations and bookings (by phone and email) and ensuring a smooth check-out.
Managing room keys and guest cards at reception is just as much a part of your job as keeping an eye on tidy public areas.

The most important thing for us is your friendly and outgoing personality and that you enjoy working in a team and with guests.
Ideally, you already have experience in the hotel industry or in the service sector – but this is not a must.
