Im Zeitraum von Mittwoch, den 10. April, bis Freitag, den 12. April, übernimmt Barbara Pafel die Küche im Blyb., da unsere Küchencrew in den wohlverdienten Urlaub geht.
Barbara betreibt in Unterhaching ihre eigene Kochschule aroma & kraut und ist Expertin, wenn es um Kräuter und achtsamen Genuss geht. Sie unterstützt uns auch ganz neu im Blyb. bei allem, was unseren Eigenanbau in den Hochbeeten geht.
Mittags von 12 – 14 Uhr wird es ein Easy Lunch inspiriert von regionalen Kräutern geben.
Abends ab 18 Uhr ein Kräuter Mezze Sharing Konzept.
